Melhoria de Processos de Software com foco em Engenharia de Requisitos: Um estudo de Caso, Utilizando a Notação SPEM (Software Process Improvement focusing on Requirements Engineering: A Case Study, Using SPEM Notation)

Software are head of a series of areas of knowledge. Therefore many companies focused for software development invest in improving their processes [1]. Some of the biggest challenges in improving the software development process are directly related to the requirements [2]. Therefore this area requires continued attention and resources. With respect to improving the requirements process this paper proposes the basis of CMMI models, and the ISO'S / IEC 12.207 and 15.288, an improvement of processes in a small company located south of Brazil, Pacto and Bytes. For this work we used the method of case study and action research will be applied to the completion of this study. After the identification and assessment of the problems in the current situation of business processes, improvement actions are suggested for your process requirements. For mapping and representation of the process was used SPEM.
