Deliberate positive image of insolvent companies
This paper is focused on companies that create their positive image deliberately although their financial circumstances are not suitable for long-term existing. Many of these companies will declare insolvency at the end. There could be detected different motives for this behavior. This paper describes ways how to verify the hypothesis that the potential insolvent enterprises are willing to create their positive image deliberately. The analysis would be conducted ex post. The companies that became insolvent would be tested using databases containing publicly published pieces of information in different kinds of media. The future research would be able to answer a question if these ailing companies tend to mislead their business partners and public.
