Digital Strategy for SMEs in the Retail Business to allow Sales Increase

This document proposes a digital strategy to increase sales for SMEs. The proposal allows to identify the need of the company, align its business objectives with social media objectives and design a strategy based on this analysis. This solution will allow to build a digital strategy designed to draw potential customers and, then, increase internet sales.
