Analysis of the interoperability attributes to the suppliers selection on the supply chain segmentation strategy

Because of the competitive market, companies has been feeling the need of to adjust and rethink their systems, processes and organizational methods to demands increasingly stringent and fast imposed to the environment where they are inserted. The delay of information processing in different parts of the company and with their suppliers means as a big challenge to the supply chain. A way to the company adjust itself and rethink their organizational processes, that allow assess the characteristics on the relation of partner companies in their productive process occur through the company’s interoperability. This work realizes an integrative review of literature to check the necessary attributes to the implementation of interoperability in the companies. The motivation of the work lives in the vetting of the necessary requirements to the implementation and evaluation of the interoperability in order to contribute to the selection of suppliers with the ideal configuration of the company environment in the study of the supply chain segmentation.
