Abstract:
Intensive Care Units are considered a critical environment where the decision needs to be carefully performed. To this process is important having the most recent data about the patient and know in real-time the real condition of the patient. In order to help the decision process a Pervasive Intelligent Decision Support System (IDSS) was developed. To a best comprehension of the acceptance of the IDSS is very important know the user acceptance. This assessment was made using the four constructs of Technology Acceptance Methodology and through the elaboration of questionnaires using Delphi Methodology. The results obtained after this evaluation show that the ICU user are satisfied with the information generated and conscience of the importance of them, however they want a faster system.
